Activating your Megadose™ is as easy as 1-2-3. For a visual guide, view our How it Works section.- 1. Unscrew cap of 4EVERBTL™ and fill with water. Screw cap back on.
- 2. Peel-off blister individual seal and place tablet in the palm of your hand.
- 3. Add 5-8 drops of water and mix until tablet is fully dissolved.
- 4. Apply on clean skin like any serum!

WHAT TYPE OF WATER SHOULD I USE TO DISSOLVE MEGADOSE™?
Any type of drinking water! Our team generally prefers to use filtered or mineral water, but tap water also works great!CAN I USE SOMETHING ELSE TO DISSOLVE MEGADOSE™?
Yes! You can also use your favorite water-based products (lotion, serum, cream). Keep in mind that thick formulas might slow down dissolution time or require extra mixing. Oil-based or highly lipophilic products are to be avoided. Pure oils will not work.IS MEGADOSE™ SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

Yes! We’re committed to being vegan and cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development. While we work on our certifications, we vet and only work with vendors who uphold the same standards.IS MEGADOSE™ CLEAN, NATURAL AND ORGANIC?
For each formula, we determine the best option against factors such as effectiveness, bio-availability and environmental impact. IS MEGADOSE™ SAFE FOR PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING?
All formulas are considered safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding except for Megadose™ HPR-Retinoid 0.3% that contains a form of vitamin A. Yes, our products do not contain gluten, soy or nuts. Please consult your primary care doctor if you have any questions around your health.DO YOU USE ANY FRAGRANCE, DYE OR ESSENTIAL OIL IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
In order to make our products suitable for most, we decided to not include any fragrance, dye or essential oil in our products; which are known potential allergens.Some of our Megadose™ tablets are naturally colored; this is due to the natural color of their active ingredients in raw form.
HOW DO I LAYER MEGADOSE™ IN MY SKINCARE ROUTINE?
Megadose™ is just like your typical skincare serum, only in an initial tablet format before activated. We recommend using Megadose™ as the treatment step of your skincare routine. This means it should fit in between these common skincare products:-

CAN I MIX DIFFERENT MEGADOSE™ TABLETS TOGETHER IN ONE USE?
Depends! With a less-is-more and consistency-over-quantity philosophy in mind, our products were designed to deliver effective daily doses gentle enough for sensitive skin. If you feel confident in what your skin can tolerate and which combinations of actives to avoid, absolutely! Otherwise reach out to our licensed expert team at help@onelogy.com, we’re happy to recommend a tailored routine for you.We always recommend doing a small patch test before mixing any tablets together.HOW MANY MEGADOSE™ TABLETS COME PER ORDER?
Each Megadose™ order contains 32 tablets (~ one month supply of one daily application).WHERE IS MEGADOSE™ MADE?
All Onélogy products are developed and manufactured at a pharmaceutical lab in France. Oui Oui!DOES MEGADOSE™ HAVE A SHELF-LIFE?
As long as the tablet remains sealed in its original individual blister, it can be stored for up to 10 years! To make sure you get peak potency out of each tablet, we do recommend using it within 3 years. Once the individual seal is removed, the tablet should be used within a couple days.WHAT HAPPENS IF I ACCIDENTALLY EAT A TABLET?
As an extra safety measure, all our products are evaluated for cases of accidental ingestion and we found that there is no indication of serious hazard. Consult your physician in case of abnormal symptoms. Just don’t eat it.IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE OR BIODEGRADABLE?
Our Megadose™ blisters are made in aluminum foil and are fully recyclable in your regular aluminum recycling stream.4EverBTL™ is meant to be refilled and reused. However, If you decide you don’t need it anymore, the bottle body is readily recyclable after rinsing. Because the bottle cap is black, this part cannot be recycled.
Our paper cartons are 100% recyclable and biodegradable. It is composed of FSC certified paper, bio-lamination and bio-coating.

WHAT’S A PRE-ORDER ITEM?
Pre-order products are items that are not in stock yet but are available for purchase. Due to the unique nature of our products, we are still working on scaling our production infrastructure, leading to limited production volumes. The best way to secure your spot in our next batch before it sells-out is to place a pre-order so our lab has enough time to produce it. You will make payment at the time of the order just as you would with a non-preorder purchase and your order will ship to you as soon as the item(s) is at our warehouse! Please note that orders containing Pre-order item(s) will ship in-stock items first and pre-order items in separate shipments when pre-order items become available.HOW DOES PRE-ORDER WORK?
- 1. You place an order for a pre-order item.
- 2. At the end of the pre-order period, we tell our lab how many units to produce based on our customer orders.
- 3. Our lab team will make your order.
- 4. The final product will be shipped to our testing lab for quality control checks and then sent to our US warehouse.
- 5. We will ship your pre-order to you in the order it’s been received and send you a shipping notification via email.
HOW DO I KNOW IF A PRODUCT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM?
All pre-order items have a Pre-order purchase button and estimated shipping date on the Product Detail page. This signifies that a product is a pre-order item.WHEN DO I MAKE PAYMENT FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS?
Payment for a pre-order item is taken at the time the order is placed. If you have other products that are not pre-order items under the same order, these will be processed and shipped from our warehouse immediately and your pre-order items will be shipped in separately once they become are available.You will only be charged for shipping once.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY PRE-ORDER ORDER?
Mistakes happens! Please email us as soon as possible at help@onelogy.com and we’ll do our best to fix it. We suggest using "Urgent" in your email if you need to change or cancel your order. Please note we cannot cancel or modify your order if it has already been processed for shipping.Your order is subject to our normal return policy once received. WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We typically open pre-orders for an item 2-4 weeks prior to our next batch manufacturing date. Your order will ship to you as soon as the item is received at our fulfillment center. You can find an item’s estimated ship date below the “Pre-order” button on the Product Detail page or under your pre-order item in your cart.Please note that orders containing Pre-order item(s) will ship in-stock items first and pre-order items in separate shipments when pre-order items become available. WHAT IF I RECEIVE A SHIPPING DELAY OR CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION?
If an external factor prevents our production from shipping to you at our estimated ship date, you will be immediately notified by email. You can email us at help@onelogy.com for an immediate refund.In the unlikely event that we may not be able to fulfill your order at all, you will be immediately refunded to the original payment method and receive a cancellation notification.
