Simply log in to your Account using the email associated with your subscription(s). You can also access your account from our top or footer menu. Once you're logged in, you’ll see the Subscriptions section at the top of your account portal. Select the “Subscriptions” tab to view all of your current subscriptions, and select the “manage subscription” button for the active subscription you want to update.
Within this menu, you will have the ability to make the following changes to your subscription:
- Edit your shipping address
- Swap an item
- Edit order frequency
- Gift your next order to a friend
- Set the next order date
- Edit your payment information
- Pause the subscription (only up to 6 months)
- Cancel the subscription

Activating your Megadose® is as easy as 1-2-3. For a visual guide, view our How it Works page.
1. Unscrew the cap of your 4EVERBTL* and fill with water. Screw cap back on.
2. Peel-off the blister's individual seal and place one tablet in the palm of your hand.
3. Add 5 to 10 drops of water and mix with your fingers until the tablet is fully dissolved .
4. Apply on clean skin like any serum! Finish off with a moisturizer to lock it in.
*One free reusable dropper bottle is provided with every order of Megadose®. Already have one? Simply remove it from your cart before checking out.
Any type of drinking water! Our team generally prefers to use filtered or mineral water, but tap water also works great if you're already comfortable washing your face with it.
Yes! You can also use your favorite water-based products (mist, lotion, serum, cream...). Keep in mind thick formulas might slow down dissolution time or require extra mixing. Oil-based or highly lipophilic products are to be avoided. Pure oils will not work.
Yes! All our products are dermatologist tested and formulated to be suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. We conduct 3 separate sensitivity tests with 50 subjects for each product.

Yes, we love our furry friends. We're both Leaping Bunny and Vegan Certified. We also vet and only work with vendors who uphold the same standards.
Honestly, we hate the word "Clean" and despise "No-No lists". They have become overused marketing concepts that lack true standardized definitions.
At Onélogy, we trust science. For each product, we determine the best option against factors such as effectiveness, bio-availability and environmental impact. This means we use a combination of naturally-derived or synthetic ingredients and even pharma-grade raw materials (meaning 99%+ purity vs 95% for cosmetic grade) depending on the formulas.

All formulas are safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding except for any Megadose® containing a Retinoid, a derivative of vitamin A (like Retinol, Retinal, HPR). Please refer to the Directions on each product's individual page before purchasing. We advise those who are pregnant or lactating to consult their physician prior to using a new skincare product.

Yes, our products do not contain gluten, soy or nuts. Please consult your primary care doctor if you have any questions around your health.
In order to make our products suitable for most, we decided to not include any fragrance, dye or essential oil in our products; which are known potential allergens. Some of our Megadose® tablets are colored; this is due to the natural color of their active ingredients in raw form.
Megadose® is just like your typical skincare serum, only delivered in an initial tablet form before it's activated. We recommend using Megadose® as the treatment step of your skincare routine. This means it should go after cleansers, mists, toners, essences and before your moisturizer, face oils and sunscreen.
Depends! With a less-is-more and consistency-over-quantity philosophy in mind, our products are designed to deliver effective daily doses gentle enough for sensitive skin. If you feel confident in what your skin can tolerate and which combinations of actives to avoid, absolutely! Otherwise reach out to our licensed expert team at help@onelogy.com or in our Chat Support, we’re happy to recommend a tailored routine for you.We always recommend doing a small patch test before mixing any tablets together.
Each regular size Megadose® contains 32 tablets (~ about one month supply with one daily application).
All Megadose® products are developed and manufactured at a pharmaceutical lab in France. Oui Oui!
As long as tablets remain sealed in their original individual blister, they can be stored for up to 10 years! To make sure you get peak potency out of each tablet, we do recommend using it within 3 years. Once the individual seal is removed, the tablet should be used within a couple days and the same day once activated.
As an extra safety measure, all our products are evaluated for cases of accidental ingestion and we found that there is no indication of serious hazard. Consult your physician in case of abnormal symptoms. Just don’t eat it. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Megadose® blisters are made in aluminum foil and are fully recyclable in your regular aluminum recycling stream. 4EVERBTL™ is meant to be refilled and reused. However, If you decide you don’t need it anymore, the bottle is readily recyclable after rinsing. Make sure you keep the cap on when throwing out. Paper components are 100% recyclable and biodegradable. It is composed of FSC certified paper, bio-lamination and bio-coating.

Orders + Billing
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks, money orders, bank deposit, cash on delivery (COD) or American Express gift cards at the moment.
To apply a discount code or redeem a gift card, enter it in the Promo Code field at checkout. If the code isn't working, it could be invalid, expired, may have already been used or the products in your cart are not eligible for that promotion.
You can use only one promotion or discount code per order, but can still receive free shipping when using a promo code if your order qualifies!
Unfortunately we're unable to apply a discount on a past order.
Please email us as soon as possible with your order number at help@onelogy.com. We suggest using "Urgent" in your email if you need to change or cancel your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We cannot cancel or modify your order if it has already been shipped.
Once your order is placed you'll get an order confirmation via email. When your package is en route you’ll receive a shipment notification and tracking email so you can track your shipment status. You can check the status of your order at anytime in your Account by providing the email associated with your order.

As soon as you place an order, it’s sent to our fulfillment center, and from there, we pack and ship it directly to you. Orders generally process within 1-3 business days.
If your order is headed to the wrong way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address at help@onelogy.com with the subject line "Urgent". We’ll do our best to fix it if your order hasn’t shipped out yet! Please note we cannot change it if your order has already shipped and you'll need to place a new order.
45-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Not in love with your purchase? We got you! Try it for 45 days from receiving your order, if you decide it’s not for you, we’ll issue a store credit or a refund to the original form of payment.

We can only accept returns requests sent within 45 days of receiving your order. We can’t accommodate direct exchanges at the moment.
To initiate a return, email us at help@onelogy.com with your order number and and we’ll take care of the rest. Please note your original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked as final sale, gifts or gift cards.
For unopened purchase made with gift cards or that were a gift, please contact us at help@onelogy.com for an exchange.
All returns and exchanges of unused products must be processed within 45 days of receiving the order. To initiate a return, email us at help@onelogy.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Once processed, refunds to the original form of payments usually take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement. Store credits are available for use immediately.
Contact us at help@onelogy.com to arrange an exchange for unopened products. We can’t accommodate exchanges for open products.

Account + Subscriptions
Our subscription program is a Subscribe & Save model, where you can sign up for auto-delivery of your favorite Megadose® products. Subscribers are our VIP customers and receive exclusive perks only available to subscription program members.
To sign up for a Megadose® subscription, simply select “Subscribe & Save" on the product you’d like to subscribe to, choose a frequency, and complete your purchase. Your products will automatically be sent to you based on the frequency you select.
You can modify, reschedule, pause (for up to 6 months) or cancel your subscription at anytime. To do so, simply log in to your Account with the email associated with your subscription.
Subscribers are our VIPs and receive perks that aren’t available anywhere else. You’ll receive discounted prices and free shipping on every subscription shipment, member-only sales and promotions, and first access to all new releases. Plus, we’ll be rolling out even more benefits in the future!
Subscriptions are only available for our Megadose® products. Trial sets, Merch, Accessories, Seasonal products and limited-edition are not eligible for auto-delivery.

You can now gift your next subscription order! You'll need to log in to your Account, and locate the subscription you want to manage. Tap 'gift', and this will open an address form to enter the shipping details of the person you would like to gift your next subscription order to. There is also a space to leave a gift message! After entering those details, double-check everything is correct, and tap 'confirm changes' when you're done. When your next subscription order is due to be processed, we will ship the order to them right away.
In the Subscriptions section of your Account, you’ll see the option to Add to your next order. This gives you the chance to make a one-time addition to your next shipment. The added product will only ship one time and will not change your entire subscription.
Yes! If your upcoming order has already shipped, you won't be able to skip or modify that shipment. We will send you an email notification three days before every recurring order is placed so you can modify it in advance.
If your upcoming order has already been processed or shipped, we are happy to accept a return of the unopened product. Email us at help@onelogy.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return to initiate the return. We'll send you return instructions and a return shipping label.
